Returns Eligibility

Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Supplements or ingestible products

Gift cards

Sale or promotional items unless faulty

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item/packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Sérona cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
